Steve pointed out this morning that we haven't made any exotic food in at least a week. But I did make a white chocolate raspberry cheesecake from scratch yesterday. So that's something. It was quite tasty. I also liked that it was smooth, tangy and not too sweet.I'd never made a cheesecake before, so this was the maiden voyage for my springform pan. What a pain in the butt. Not sure when I'll make a cheesecake again, unless I really want to impress someone.
